Jennifer Cisneros is a fourth-year Public Health major at UC Merced. Her interests include addressing misinformation about health among low-income communities in the Central Valley through education. She has interned with the California Health Collaborative for Tobacco Control at the Madera County Public Health Department and was a research assistant for Dr. Payan's Health Policy Research Group. Jennifer has also volunteered at a local elementary school for the Literacy By Third Grade Program helping students gain core skills. After graduating, she plans to focus on health education and successful outreach methods for healthy communities.
