Beyond Black and White by Zulema Valdez is a new anthology of readings that reflects the complexity and diversity of racial dynamics in the contemporary United States. About the Author:

Zulema Valdez is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of California, Merced. Her research centers on intersectionality, racial and ethnic relations, Latino/a sociology and international migration.
