Alejandra (Alex) Santoyo is a PhD student in the Cognitive and Information Sciences department where she studies how we process and make sense of music. She hopes to one day understand why humans listen to so much music and why we dance to it! In her free time, Alex is most likely listening to all sorts of music, dancing, painting, or tending to her plants.
